The web home of the :3V1L: Gaming Community, in all it's many forms.
We are the Soldiers, Armies, Guilds, & Groups of the :3V1: 3MP1R3. Heros of the Horde, Avengers of the Alliance, Scurge of the Seven Seas. Since the late '90s we have lurked in the shadows of many different realms. From Counter Strike & Battle Field, First Person Shooters. To EverQuest & World of Warcraft, Role Playing Games. We have persisted, endured, & thrived with in these hostile environments. Together, we have conquered. Divided, we have assassinated. H ope everyone is having a great Summer '09 so far,
Firstly, we are in full recruiting on our Silver Hand Alliance Guild ! Those wishing to become a recruit simply need to register here, then contact a K0R3 member in game. No application process, just register! To find out more about us, view the charter. Secondly, I'd like to welcome all of our newest WoW Silver Hand members; Chillzz, Dodgie (Vene'), Greenops, & our latest Wolvenfang (Rand). Hope you guys are feelin right at home so far, don't be afraid to ask! We'll be putting together some LvLing & Gear runs for the lower lvls this coming week, if you got someone who needs stuff - Let us know!

T he :3V1L: 1st Family (Mr.J0K3R, Wonder, CH1LD (Tristan), Bodie) and Wonder's brother "Joe" all took a 5 day - 4 night vacation to the Black Hills of South Dakota over the Memorial weekend. We're now back in the Twin Cities, MN but have a boatload of pictures to sort through... All in all we managed to hit: Bad Lands National Park, Black Hills National Forest, Custer State Park / Wind Cave State Park, Wonderland Cave, Mt.Rushmore, Crazy Horse Monument, Bear Country USA... and a ton of hiking! J ust finished adding a whole slew of new games to the arcade! There are a few issues with scoring for some of them, & for now we will be leaving them all active. As they are palyed we'll be able to see what games have been played but no scores registered. We will then be attempting to troubleshooting the problem or removing the erronous games at that time.

D ue to the differences in the current site setup VS the last, we were unable to port over the user accounts. Go ahead, get registered... it only takes like 2 minutes. Once registered you'll gain access to a host of new features. For those who are a part of :3V1L: it will allow us to add your account to the proper group, again granting your M3MB3R / 0FF1C3R / K0R3 private access. On behalf of Wonder & Mr.J we apologize for the re-re-registration, & assure you this setup will be what we run on for quite some time.

B een awhile, far to long!
We must apologize for the extended down time, yet most of it was required... most. After years of going with simple portals around a PhpBB3 core we've decided to go back to something with a bit more features. A bit more work to install, setup & maintain, but well worth the investment. As you may notice, compared to the last few versions of the site, things are a bit simpler in appearance. The main menu is relatively simplified, with only the most prominent features initially displayed. As you explore the site further we're sure you'll quickly see all of the new capabilities & advanced features.

S eems we / I violated some of our web host's terms of service by hosting some rather large backup files on our web server. As you may have noticed today all of our web domains were auto forwarding to a standard blue host account suspension notification. I did contact tech support this afternoon, & took appropriate steps to enable our services to be reopened.

U PDATE.
Registration is still fixed /ok / fine, but as posted last night the Search Engine Friendly (SEF) url's are still creating misdirect conflicts. We'll be looking for possible sollutions over the next few days, but everything else appears to be opperating as intended.
T hank you :3V1L: Shift for pointing out the errorneous url / link in the registration activation email. I just finished applying the latest update & all appears to be well thus far. I have yet to enable SEF (search engine friendly) URL's, but will be doing so shortly. During this time I will be cleaning the sites server side cache multiple times, possibly resulting in slightly longer load times for a short while. All registration issues should be taken care of, & the slightly load time increases will be finished by Tues. 4/21 @ noon'ish Central Time. |

U nfortunately Mr.J & Wonder were unable to afford another CS Server or Vent server payment at this point. We have since lost both. The Fellowship of the Swords private guild vent is still active, with full info in the private M3MB3RS forums. While it's unfortunate we're going through another loss of game server, it will give us time to better plan our next investment. Within the next few weeks we will be getting another 10 - 30 man public vent. more info will be posted at that time. |
